One-On-One Personal Training
To achieve total body fitness, we create personalized exercise programs for each client. Every program is designed, based on the individual's goals. These exercises are designed to decrease your body fat, lower cardiovascular risks, improve HDL and LDL (high and low density lip-protein) levels, and decrease the risk of hypertension. This program is customized for all levels of fitness, and is designed for those interested in fat loss or overall health improvement.

If I didn't stick to my exercise plan I would be a stone heavier and definitely have a lot of wobbly bits. I have discovered the secret to keeping myself lean and toned especially when it is hard to control the temptation of food... When I promise my clients a toned and firm stomach for a deadline or goal I will guarantee they are able to say "yes we did it." But now everyone else is asking me, how did I do this? How did I get these results? Everyone wants to know about my program. I guess people are talking in the gym and seeing changes in peoples bodies.
